Last Monday was Katelyn’s four month checkup. Things went well. She managed to get weighed without messing the table, show off her coos and raspberries, and even showed the doctor how she can stand up. The doctor was just trying to pull her up to sitting but Katelyn wasn’t interested in stopping there. Sometimes she’s an overachiever.
So here are the stats for our little Bug.
Weight: 11 lbs, 14 oz. (16% up from 10%)
Height: 23.2 inches (16% up from 5% which was down from 60%. Thank you Health Center for the accuracy).
Head Circumference: 41cm (I think this is something like 35% which is also up from the last reading but I’m not sure exactly what is going on here. She’s “normal” I’m told.)
Not too much else to report on our Bug. She’s staying awake more during the day which I’m pretty sure is more than she is supposed to. Schedule? Yeah, she tossed that out the door early last week. So, I don’t know what’s going on and when.
On the up side, she’s been enduring and even enjoying tummy time. That is, as long as she has her favorite toy to drool over. She just can’t seem to get enough of these things.
She also loves her bath time as part of her should-be-bedtime-but-missing-the-bed-part routine.
