Devin here. Brittany asked me to blog more often so I thought I’d blog about our most recent dessert experience. I’ve included the recipe in case anyone wants to eat it at home.
Ingredients
1. Car (or bike)
2. Costco card
3. 15.99
4. One Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake
5. Homemade vanilla ice cream (about 1 1/2 pints)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 0 degrees and head to your local Costco. Buy a Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake. Take home. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 of the cake with 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Do not stir.
Enjoy. Repeat as necessary depending on type of day you’re having.
Ha ha ha. Had to know you would write about food and Costco. Can’t wait to see you again
I miss Costco SOOOO much! This just gives me one more reason.
That looks AMAZING. The closest Costco is about an hour away. I might be going tonight. I may have to snag one of these bad boys.
I probably just found my mother’s day dessert. That looks way too good to be true. Good job Devin!
So true, so true! And how appropriate that you write about food Devin. It’s so you! I’ve seen it at Costco and was wondering how it was and you’ve pretty much summed it up—-gotta try that one!! lol!!!
